Casey Outreach Ministry

Care Group (Deacons)

This group does great work caring practically and providing for needs in and outside our church community. This team cares by writing cards, visiting, sending flowers, providing meals and gift vouchers, coordinating gift catalogue fundraisers, Christmas gift shoe boxes, collects offerings and sets up and serves Lord Supper elements and much more!  We partner with the Narre Warren Christian Church’s Transit Soup Kitchen on Monday nights and Wednesday lunch time as well.

Casey Outreach Op Shop

This shop receives donations and is open on Thursdays and Friday at our church from 10am, to “provide bargains and create hope”. All proceeds go back to supporting the needy in our community.

Craft, Coffee and Chat

This group meets Tuesday mornings at our church for times of fellowship, devotions and of course making various kinds of craft work.

Disciple making and growing

We take Jesus’ Great Commission seriously and are committed to this important work.  We encourage one-on-one-or-two disciple making and growing groups where we read God’s word together, pray for each other and have life chat together.

Mission work

Our church is involved in mission work in India, Solomon Islands, Thailand and Uganda.  Many of our members go on mission trips each year. We also support missions through generous giving to the following:

Hope Builders International:

Our ‘Casey Crawlers’ walk up to 50 kms each year in a fundraising walk called gotheextramile.com.au to raise vital funds for 100+ orphans and widows in Uganda. Members are encouraged to go on mission trips through the year, as part of schooliesrev.com.au and give through monthly sponsorships.

G.O.S.P.E.L.

A denominational team that supports church planting in and around West India.  They provide training of church planters, Bibles and materials for funding of the church planting effort.

Solomon Islands

Our denomination runs a mission base in the Solomon Islands which provides support and training to pastors of local churches, as well as practical aid through construction and relief projects (i.e. schools, hospitals, disability services).

World Transform

A denominational team that administers offerings from our churches to bring gospel deed help to the hurting and needy around the world.

Pakenham Christian Community Church (PC3)

We are excited to sponsor and support this new church plant that is seeking to further God’s kingdom and share the good news of Jesus in Pakenham. This growing group meets weekly on Sundays at 10.00 am and runs a Community Cookup on Mondays evenings at the Pakenham Senior Citizens Hall, 38 James Street, Pakenham.
